INTERIOR DECONSTRUCTION

 

Preparing for an interior remodel often means deconstructing a single room in an occupied home. We are renowned for demonstrating absolute respect for your space, and the utmost in caution, professionalism and cleanliness.

PREPARATION AND PROTECTION

Our first step is to install dust walls, as well as surface and floor protection, inside and out. We’ll determine if lead paint is present and identify potential asbestos hazards, then take precautions where needed.

 

 

 

No. 2

SALVAGING AND DONATING

We salvage and donate all reusable materials including appliances, plumbing, fixtures, doors, cabinetry, flooring, etc. If possible, we’ll save items for reuse on the project.

 

 

No. 3

REMOVAL AND RECYCLING

We hand remove wall and floor coverings according to the plan, extract all nails and fasteners, then recycle and dispose of any debris.

 

 

No. 4

CLEAN UP

Cleaning is a constant process. We vacuum the job site on a daily basis. At project completion, we remove dust protection, recheck our work, then vacuum again.
