A successful applicant has demonstrable experience in construction or related industries, customer service experience and a proven ability to effectively communicate.
Uphold Lovett standards for service, quality, and safety by being professional, knowledgeable, and communicating clearly.
Capable of lifting ~50lbs, repeatedly over the course of a day.
Capable of handling power tools and hand tools.
Capable of prying, pulling and twisting with wrists, arms, shoulders and back.
Capable of working in sustained heat, wearing tyvek for prolonged periods, and at physically demanding tasks such as hauling and handling debris in dusty conditions
Access and ability communicate via text and email.
Experience in deconstruction or construction a plus
Participate actively in team-oriented culture including job site safety meetings, daily stretches, sharing company/crew feedback, observations and ideas.
Deconstruct assemblies ranging from full houses to kitchens and shower surrounds with attention to dust protection, detail and salvage throughout.
Work proactively while abiding by instruction from Project lead at all times
Strong interpersonal skills
Acute awareness of cleanliness
Ability to problem solve quickly and effectively
Ability to listen to and integrate positive and constructive feedback from management
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
