The focus of this role is bidding a high volume of residential and commercial projects with accuracy and demonstrated attention to detail. The Estimator must quickly develop a rapport with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and homeowners, and maintain relationships to ensure repeat business and project success. This highly-motivated person will work independently, following up on leads and overseeing current projects.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients and conduct site visits to provide cost estimates for deconstruction services

  • Coordinate project logistics, schedule and staffing needs

  • Work with field staff and clients to address issues as they arise

  • Monitor, manage, and document project progress and cost

  • Invoice client for all project costs


  • Great customer service skills

  • 3-5 years of construction experience, with a thorough understanding of building systems and construction processes; Experience in an estimator position in construction preferred

  • At least 1 year of experience in a management position

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software

  • Fluent English skills, both written and verbal
