Safety is of the utmost importance at Lovett Deconstruction. We take great care in protecting our employees and the environment by eliminating hazards and keeping disturbances to a minimum. Working with our hands at a deliberate pace, we assess danger as we go and make necessary adjustments.

Hard hats, gloves, respirators, safety glasses, ear protection, and work boots are mandatory on job sites. Protective suits and fall protection are often utilized under specific circumstances. Air scrubbers and fans keep our air free of debris, and caution tape keeps unauthorized personnel out of harm's way.

We start each day with stretching and exercises to warm our bodies up for this physical work. And most important of all in personal safety, we continually find safer, more efficient ways to deconstruct. Being observant about changing conditions, securing dangerous areas, and sharing safety experiences are ways Lovett Deconstruction employees look out for each other.

Lovett Deconstruction is a Certified Lead Based Paint Renovation Contractor and we prioritize lead safety. If a project tests positive for lead based paint, removal procedures are done in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations so that all parties involved - residents, neighbors, pets, other contractors, and our employees - are safeguarded.
