PROJECT LEAD

Lovett Deconstruction is currently hiring for Project Lead, which is the onsite supervisor for deconstruction projects. We specialize in residential remodels, wood-framed structural deconstruction and small commercial remodels. Our projects range from 1 day to several weeks with a typical crew of 2-8 deconstructionists. Once assigned to a job, the Lead must quickly assess and comprehend scope, and develop a thoughtful plan for efficient work flow. During the project, leads delegate tasks, work alongside crew, manage jobsite logistics and communicate progress and changes with clients and office. Finally, Leads close out project scope and logistics. This position is critical to the success of projects by representing the company with pride and setting the industry standard for service.

A successful applicant has demonstrable experience in management or leadership positions, customer service experience and a proven ability to effectively communicate. Interested applicants with no deconstruction experience will start out as a Lead-in-Training in our structured training program, with regular check-ins and extra support from management.
