Entire house deconstruction to the foundation; hand disassembly of house, salvaging as much material as possible, including doors, windows, trim casing, flooring, cabinets, fixtures, framing lumber, sheathing, brick, etc.; all debris separated and recycled where possible.

Kitchen
Cabinet and appliance removal, sheetrock/plaster and lath demo (gut to the studs), flooring removal to subfloor; result is a clean shell for remodeling.

Vanity and fixtures removal, sheetrock/plaster and lath demo (gut to the studs), flooring removal to subfloor; result is a clean shell for remodeling.
